Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Withdrawal threshold: Withdrawals above the applicable threshold amount are subject to completed KYC verification. fb008 may delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

All deposits and withdrawals on the fb008 platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). fb008 currently supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your fb008 wallet near-instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5–30 minutes subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. fb008 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

fb008 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Members from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. fb008 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any resulting balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom upon expiry.
• fb008 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the existing wagering progress of a Member who has already activated the promotion.
• The use of bonus offers in a manner that fb008 determines to be abusive, exploitative, or in bad faith constitutes a breach of these Terms. fb008 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and related winnings in such cases.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise.

fb008 offers a range of games including live dealer casino games, RNG (Random Number Generator) slot titles, table games, sports betting markets, fishing games, and specialty games. Each game category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the platform's help section.

All RNG-based games on fb008 utilise independently certified random number generation software. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb008 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or during any subsequent verification request.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from the account settings section of the fb008 platform:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the PHP amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Restrict your total losses within a defined period.
• Wagering limits: Cap the total amount you can bet within a period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software used by fb008.
• Use the fb008 name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation from fb008.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the fb008 platform for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb008 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fb008 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided on the fb008 platform.
• The conduct or content of any third-party game provider whose games are offered on the fb008 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits fb008's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

fb008 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering for and using the fb008 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. fb008 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the fb008 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to fb008's operating jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between a Member and fb008, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Member must first contact fb008 customer support with a written description of the dispute and the desired resolution. fb008 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1 to the Member's satisfaction, the Member may request escalation to fb008's compliance team. A written decision will be issued within 20 business days.
• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following Steps 1 and 2, either party may seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available under the relevant regulatory framework governing fb008's operations.
